The Ninyo Residence
Starting with a large home that had been built eighteen years ago required extensive thought prior to construction. Another challenge was to
retain the Mediterranean setting of the home while introducing J.D. Antol's own "signature". After placing the the entire design in J.D.'s
capable hands, the owners found he met and exceeded their expectations.
Backyard...
Before the remodel, the backyard was rarely used due to poor design and layout. Now a completely original water and fire feature invites one to
explore and unwind.

Travertine flooring, with green marble details through out, connects the areas that encompass a newly remodeled pool with travertine pool coping
and marble mosaic tiles. The new BBQ island is small yet elegant with wrought iron panels and granite countertops. The new fire and water feature
combines twelve columns of water, two waterwalls, fire, granite, travertine, glass, iron, and some very tight tolerances. This is a complex work
of art.

Courtyard...
The courtyard now features an expanded view of their beautiful property, and the soothing sights and sounds of truly unique fire and water
features. Travertine flooring with a tiled mosaic "carpet" frames the dining table, with a small island and predetermined planters.

"I thank the Ninyos for their complete trust in me, even though they had no idea what I was doing." - J.D. Antol
